Well, only if life was so easy we could all just chew gum and get a chiseled portrait face. But that’s far from the reality. Surely a gum would work for the facelift but in life, there’s a lot that we need to bring into consideration in order to get what we deserve and aspire for. And in order to obtain that there is one quote by Scott Hamilton who said, “the only disability in life is a bad attitude”, that needs a mention here.
How simply and beautifully do these lines actually define our life in its present state and the future as well. It is our mindset that can literally make or break us.
One has got to take action in order to get the results. For instance, if we need to lose weight we cannot just keep telling ourselves that we are getting slimmer and healthier. Instead, we will have to get out of our comfort zone, lift a few weights maybe, jog a mile, walk a couple of kilometers, or maybe just get engaged in a sports activity of our choice like tennis, basketball, swimming, so on and so forth.
The fact of the matter remains that we need to become action seekers because to every action there is always an equal and opposite reaction. Or for that matter, we all are aware of the concept of cause and effect. And yes, it has relevance in any spectrum of life and not just the weather! What we throw out in terms of actions, planning or thoughts, do have the propensity to reverberate in volumes that we could not even fathom!
In order to have a sorted life in terms of job type, pay package, number of cars & bikes, the kind of house, etc, we ought to indulge in a lot of sensible planning right from the start. The moment we get a clearer understanding of what is it exactly that we want to achieve in life, we must start working towards it. Meeting the right people, getting the required knowledge, exploring, and navigating endless horizons.
Always widen your scope for knowledge and perfection. We may all have a different definition for them, but we need to find what is it that we are seeking. Because what we seek, seeks us! And it does so if and only if it is right for us.
So dive into the realm of endless explorations and find your niche. But remember that time is of extreme value. …..TO BE CONTINUED….
