School life is the best life, and there is no doubt about that. It is that phase of our lives where there is immense laughter, fun, and the beauty of taking control of the future. Though a young adult may feel that he/she is under a lot of pressure. Pressure from peers, pressure from family, but the fact of the matter is, you are beginning to bloom. And along with that beautiful bloom, comes a lot of focus, so as to not get deterred from your path. You may feel that life is a struggle, but my dear, if you take everything in your stride and forge ahead, this struggle will come across as a blessing. Studies can get a bit taxing for many. In this age of extreme competition, you may find yourselves in an overwhelming situation. But the good news is that you can keep everything under check if you know how to manage your own selves. Self-management is a skill but if it is made understood, either by parents, or teachers, it can be the most effective tool in bringing forth your best self. The first and foremost fundamental is to get organized. This will ensure the progressive nature of the events of your entire day, which primarily means, that there will be synchronicity in anything that you pick up. There will be a sense of continuity, that will enable you to complete the task that was taken at hand. Even if you wish to study for a stretch of 6 hours without break, it will go as planned! But there are some things that need to be carefully looked into. Long hours of continuous study may become stressful if it is not complemented with a sumptuous, healthy meal before starting the session. A good diet will aid in maintaining focus because the mechanism required for effective functioning of the body and mind, has to be rich in every way. Be it its nutrients, taste, or even the presentation. Meals are the fuel that is absolutely imperative for our bodies to function at their best possible limit. But yes, the limitations need to be decided too! Because if we just keep indulging in and concentrating only on food, there will be no time left for any worthwhile output. So just try to strike a proper chord especially while we are talking about board examinations or preparations for some competitive exams/entrances etc. you have to basically focus upon your inner equilibrium. This requires your ultimate choices in terms of the routine that you create. This would include the number of hours you would sit in front of the idiot box, or maybe your laptop/tab, etc. you will also need to decide what all friends you ought to, and ought not to meet while you are in the middle of life-transforming academic examinations! Because the people we meet have their own set of energies, that can be quite impactful, whether negative or positive. Positive would be no problem, but negative may rip you off of your mental peace.
