Out of a total of 136 students, 104 received placement offers, securing an average package of Rs 17.19 LPA. In Computer Science Engineering and Electrical Engineering, the placement success rate was a perfect 100%. Notably, 34 out of 45 Computer Science Engineering students and all 24 Electrical Engineering students secured placements. The Mathematics and Computing stream also showcased stellar performance, with all 19 registered students finding lucrative placement opportunities.

International Opportunities:

Highlighting the global recognition of IIT Goa’s talent pool, six students received international job offers from renowned companies such as Accenture Japan, Willings, and Linkstaff. The institute’s global reach was evident with the participation of seven international companies in the placement process.

Financial Success:

The average Cost to Company (CTC) for BTech graduates stood at an impressive Rs 17.19 LPA, with the highest CTC reaching an enviable Rs 60 LPA. This financial success underscores the quality of education and the industry relevance of the programs offered at IIT Goa.

Diverse Recruiter Pool:

A staggering 126 companies actively participated in the placement process for the academic year 2022-23, representing a diverse array of industries. These companies offered opportunities across domains such as Software Engineering, Product Management, Research and Development, Consultancy, Analytics, and more. The inclusion of top-tier companies like Media.Net, Amazon, Paytm, Google, Adobe, and Oyo Rooms reaffirms IIT Goa’s standing as a preferred recruitment destination.

Reflecting on the diversity of roles offered, students found placements in Software Engineering, Research and Development, Product Management, and consultancy, among others.
