The Joint Entrance Examination (Advanced) forms the basis for admission to the following programs (entry at the 10+2 level) in Engineering, Science and Architecture in all the IIT’s:
- 4-year Bachelor’s Degree: B.Tech., B.S.
- 5-year B.Arch.
- 5-year Dual Degree: B.Tech, M.Tech, B.S, M.S.
- 5-year Integrated Masters, M.Tech, M.Sc.
In 2023, JEE (Advanced) will consist of two papers. Your presence in both papers is mandatory. Each test will last three hours and include problems in mathematics, physics, and chemistry.
Only the computer-based test option will be used to administer the entire exam. The question will be in both Hindi and English. During the exam, the applicants will be able to select (and also choose between) their chosen language.
Registration
Eligible candidates may register from the official JEE (Advanced) website from April 30 to May 7, 2023. Candidates declared eligible to appear in JEE (Advanced) 2023 must register online at the JEE (Advanced) web portal by uploading the requisite documents and by paying the registration fee.

- The deadline for registered applicants to pay their fees: May 08, 2023 (17:00 IST)
- Downloading of Admit Card: May 29, 2023 (10:00 IST) to June 04, 2023 (14:30 IST)
