On March 15, 2023, the National Testing Agency (NTA) reopened the JEE Main 2023 Session 2 registration link. Applicants may apply online at jeemain.nta.nic.in, the NTA JEE’s official website, for the Joint Entrance Examination (Main) 2023 Session 2.
On March 16, 2023, the JEE Main registration link will expire. The deadline for online fee submission is March 16. Students have till 11:50 pm to pay. The second JEE Main 2023 session will take place from April 6–12, 2023.
According to the NTA’s official announcement, “Registration for the Joint Entrance Examination (Main) – 2023 Session 2 was closed on March 12, 2023. Up until March 14, 2023, there is a correction period (up to 09:00 P.M.). There have been a few requests from applicants for the Joint Entrance Examination (Main) – 2023 Session 2 to reopen the registration window as they were unable to complete their registration for a number of unavoidable reasons. The decision has been made to reopen registration for the Joint Entrance Examination (Main) – 2023 Session 2 in order to help the student community.
Additionally, it states that “The dates of Advance Intimation of Examination Cities, downloading of Admit Cards, and release of Result shall be presented on JEE (Main) webpage at the right time. Those applicants who applied for JEE (Main) – 2023 Session 1 but were unable to register for JEE (Main) – 2023 Session 2 earlier are given this option, as are all candidates who wish to apply as new candidates for the JEE (Main) – 2023 Session 2.
Registration costs for JEE Main 2023 have gone up. The current application fee for General/Gen-EWS/OBC (NCL) male candidates is Rs 1,000, while the charge for SC/ST/PwD/transgender and female candidates is Rs 500.
How to apply for JEE Main Session 2?
- Visit the JEE NTA website at jeemain.nta.nic.in.
- Register for the test.
- As needed, enter the necessary information.
- Upload the scanned documents.
- Pay the mandatory application fees.
- Book your slot for the exam.
- Download the JEE Main 2023 application form, then print it out for your records.
