Just when we thought that our lives were getting back on track, the 3rd wave hit!
Yes, unfortunately, Covid -19 has struck again!
Nevertheless, we humans have an adaptability ability, and we find a way out in the midst of distress as well. All that we had planned for the new year, will get a bit delayed, but things will fall in place for sure.
Students who are preparing for any competitive examinations, need to mark their days with absolute precision in terms of planning. Though online classes will be held, your home scheduling relating to time, and subject-wise management, will have to be proper. No lag whatsoever should be witnessed, as time is of the essence!
The students who are preparing for JEE & NEET, need not worry. VMC has a proven 100% success record on the online coaching model. We, as an institute, created history when we landed our offline model, to the online model, and the number of students that appeared last year has only increased. And that was proof enough that our online setup was indeed apt, and with that successful frame, let us forge ahead and continue what we had started.
All the support that the students need, during their preparations, will be undoubtedly provided. No classes will be canceled, no doubts will be uncleared, and no issues, if any, will go unheard.
The subjects are undoubtedly deep, and lengthy. A proper plan has to be made and study time has to be put in various time slots that must be followed at all times. Let us take Maths for instance. This particular subject needs extensive practice. The more you practice, the better you get. Your mathematical abilities will grow with repetitive trials. There is no shortcut to studies, we all know that but there are students who only take their textbooks and say that they are doing Maths. The fact of the matter is that unless you physically practice it, you will never be able to understand. So always have your pen and papers ready. Solve the questions as frequently as possible. Keep scribbling the formulas that need to be registered in your brain. Get a grasp of the deeper aspects, and not just while away your precious time. Wherever you feel, is a weak point, or a topic that you have not been able to understand, or a concept that is not getting registered, please refer to the mock tests that were previously attempted by you. Obtain practice tests, they are readily available and brush up your skills.
PLEASE SEE:
There are students who have their earplugs plugged in, and they say that they are studying for JEE/NEET!. Dear all, this is highly unacceptable as you need to stay away from all distractions if you want to ace any competitive exam.
Competitive exams are not only meant for testing your knowledge or aptitude. It tests a person on multiple dimensions. The abovementioned subjects need a lot of hard work, but equal importance needs to be given to your concentration levels, and dedication. It’s a true test of these two attributes, and they have more relevance. Because if you brush these up, any competitive exam will be a cakewalk. Your passion should be your driving force, and for that, your goals must be well-defined.
#TRAPPED IN A CLOSED BOX – WHAT DO YOU DO?
Here’s a situation :
Imagine, you are trapped in a closed box filled with water and you have only a few seconds to survive would your concentration be on anything else other than breathing!! You would try to breathe in maximum oxygen till you could get the last of it. Would a party, a movie, a song, a friend, etc. distract you at that time?
This is the level of concentration we require to succeed in competitive exams. Just remember that you will get time for everything else but once your opportunity for an exam is gone, it’s gone forever.
So, get into action. Make a schedule, and start your studies religiously, with full dedication, and concentration.
All the best!
