The vision that he saw almost 35years ago became a beautiful reality because he had the conviction, the courage, and an unusual appetite for discovering, inventing, and contriving. He wanted to create something that would significantly empower the young minds who aspired to be future engineers. In his own humble way, he not only took accountability for the future of India but also got into action to accomplish the same. 

Whenever we take up a responsibility of such magnanimous nature our intention and sincerity define the outcome and it was this very attribute of absolute honesty of this resolve, that Bade Bhaiya was able to take Vidyamandir Classes to the stature that it resonates today. 

An ace motivational speaker, his impetus has brought direction and stability into the minds and lives of lacs of students in the past 35 glorious years of Vidyamandir Classes history. He has been amongst the core faculty team and heads the Chemistry department. His extensive knowledge of the subject makes him One of a kind! His involvement in the lives of all the students has paved paths and broken barriers that were detrimental in their respective journeys towards success. Bade Bhaiya is the epitome of perfection and compassion.

Since we all are different from the other, we react to different situations differently. An exam can be a stressful time for one student while the other one could be as relaxed as ever.  Bade Bhaiya goes beyond his personal space and finds a way of calming down the nerves that the students experience before and after the test results. He often talks about taking a break like going to a movie or an evening out with friends. One of his favorites is the concept and technique of deep breathing. And this really does help you calm down and regain the lost energy and that stress so easily takes away.
