A Mathematics and Science Olympiad Exam called VIGYAN will be held on March 4 and 5, 2023, for students in Classes IX, X, XI, and XII, in a momentous collaboration between two JEE behemoths and centres of excellence (IIT Delhi & VMC).
IIT Delhi is holding an Olympiad for school children for the first time ever & VMC and IIT Delhi have partnered in an effort to enhance the talent of our students.
VIGYAN (a Maths & Science Olympiad test) is designed to assess students’ inherent potential as well as their understanding of the principles of Science & Mathematics.
The Olympiad exam provides students early on exposure to the competitive exam environment. The exam is very crucial as it helps evaluate a student’s ability in the fundamentals of Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics. The exam is crucial in helping pupils build their self-confidence. Such tests include questions that are created to help students develop their problem-solving abilities and assist in tackling problems with analytical thinking and logical ability.

In the year 2022-23, VMC students excelled in the Olympiad exams. Yatharth secured 2nd rank in the International Mathematics Olympiad, & Shreyan Mandal secured 1st rank in the International Mathematics Olympiad and International Science Olympiad. They are World Toppers.
Shreyaansh Acharya secured rank 1st in the International Mathematics Olympiad. In the same breath, Agam Singh secured 1ST Rank in ISO at the state & zonal level and secured 19th rank in IMO 2022-23. These are just a few names of our Pride.
