In a recent development, the National Testing Agency (NTA) has announced significant changes to the schedule for the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) Main 2024. With session 2 swiftly approaching, candidates need to be aware of these updates to streamline their preparation effectively.
Initially slated to take place from April 4 to 15, JEE Main 2024 session 2 has now been condensed to run from April 4 to 12. According to the revised schedule, Paper 1 (BE/BTech) will be conducted on April 4, 5, 6, 8, and 9, while Paper 2 will be held on April 12. There will be two shifts for Paper 1: a first shift from 9 am to 12 pm and a second shift from 3 pm to 6 pm. Paper 2, on the other hand, is scheduled from 9 am to 12:30 pm.
While candidates can access the advanced city intimation slips, it’s essential to note that the release of admit cards will follow at a later date. This preemptive information regarding the examination center allocation aims to assist candidates in making necessary arrangements. However, the official notice clarifies that the actual admit cards will be issued closer to the examination dates.
